This page is made to give people who want to learn more about the Civil War and the states included more information.

The Civil War was a war between citizens of the United States and several Southern slave states that declared their secession and formed the Confederate States of America. The Civil War started in 1861 and lasted until 1865. The location of the Civil War was in Eastern Theatre, Western Theatre, Trans-Mississippi, The Gulf Coast, and the Sioux Uprising. There were over 2,100,000 soldiers engaged in the union, and over 1,000,000 in the confederate. 3 million soldiers had been killed, and many had been injured. Four other states had joined when the first shots of the war were fired.

There were two main armies engaged in the Civil War. They were the Union Army and the Confederate Army. Above is a picture of these two main armies.
